World of Warcraft AddOns?

Today, I installed this ANNOYING AddOn, maybe I don't know how to work it.
But could someone tell me what AddOn this is so I could get rid of it?

I had searched my AddOns over and over though, I don't know why I didn't see it in the first place.

Looks like like an Inventory mod, check the descriptions of all the Add-Ons you installed through the Add-On menu and see which one has anything to do with bags, inventory etc.
