I don't want to switch my entire system to Spanish I just need to use some spanish accents and letters. How??

Use the Character Map.

Click START> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Character Map

Find the character you need and either use the Keystroke code (bottom right corner of window) or Copy & Paste the character where needed.

NOTE: Keystroke code numbers have to be entered from the Number Keypad NOT the QWERTY keys.
