When I was Eleven there was this girl who would always spy on me, she lived like a block away from my house, One day at school I told her younger sister what she was doing, and the girl told me it was because the 17 y/o had a crush on me, lol, I was 11!

go round to his house and ask him to borrow the binoculars and then put super glue round the part you put to your eyes and then give em back and tell him they need focusing and tell him to take a look then when the binoculas stick to his face get a stickey note and put it on the lens faising him thats says ' im a nosy preverted tw*t!!!' and there wont be a thing he can do about it because it will be stuck there on his face!!!!
