All the time. It can be because of something that has happened that I am so riled I can't sleep, or something that has yet to happen: a party, a trip, an interview....
I will try to do whatever I can to sleep, but nothing will work if I can't settle my brain down.

Hell yeah , Every time i sleep alone it takes forever to fall asleep cause im so excited to see my girl the next day!

yeah last year i had an oral exam coming up, i didnt sleep for nearly a week cos i was so nervous, i felt like puking then it was all over in a day. Apparently we have another one this year too :(

I have suffered from NIGHT TERRORS for over 30 years
I get to sleep Ok then ... when stressed / worried I get nightmares so bad it can take 3 days to recover
I don't drink or take drugs - ever!

i used to be so excited about christmas I couldn't sleep. My brother and I devised a booby trap to catch Santa and we would try to wait up all night to catch him.... It seems we always fell asleep for a little while.... 3-6 am and that's it
