I was selling a mobile at a buy it now - got offer from someone from america but wanted me to shipped it to Nigeria. I have been received email from paypal saying the buyer already send a payment is to be made to my account. I need to verify that before i shipped the mobile over. I dont know how to do that? can anyone advice me please - im quite stuck there? where do i verify the shipped reference number from? will i get the money before i shipped it?
Please help ASAP.

If i was you i would go to the community link in Ebay and ask the question there, they are experts and will be able to advise you ~ as this sounds very much like a scam

Do NOT send the item until the money has been in your bank account for 5 days. Transfer the Paypal amount to your bank account and WAIT. Keep in contact with the buyer, telling him when you will ship.

Only send to confirmed paypal user's address nowhere else.
Anything with Nigeria is 100% dodgy.

Is a scam - go read Question and Answer board - a very well known scam.
Reclaim your fees, relist it and block buyer.
