1 sperm. Normally men have a few million of sperm in each ejaculate (about 1-3 table spoons), but most of them tend to swim in circles, and half of the good ones are male sperm and theyre slow and easily lost.

Thats why you have so many in each ejaculate. lol.

In one drop of semen there can be a million sperm and it only takes one sperm to get pregnant.

Just one, but for the best chances of conception, a sperm count of at least 5million active and normally shaped sperm are recomended.
