I called out sick a month ago and then when I try to call out sick today, I was told I have to make up days even though I was put down that I worked on the schedule and payed for it? Should I?

If it was written down that you worked and you were paid for it when you had not worked, then why wouldn't you be expected to make up that time? You were paid for time you weren't there!

I'm not sure I understand your question.

You shouldn't have to make up days, unless you called in sick, they paid you for it AND did not take the days off of your sick days.
Next time make sure you tell them you are using your sick days. If you don't have any, you'll have to use your vacation, if you don't have any of them either, then you might have to take those days without pay, or make them up.

as lengthy as he isn't singeld out then it incredibly is honestly ok for an enterprise to invite which you get a medical doctors word as lengthy with the aid of fact the enterprise is paying the scientific coverage and all workers are required to obatin a medical doctors word earlier returning to artwork. If not they are able to't with the aid of fact not everybody can locate the money for to make certain a doctor and which would be discrimination. If the business enterprise is prepared to pay for the medical doctors bypass to then they are able to invite which you have a medical doctors word with the intention to return to artwork. i might tell your chum to make an apointment and tell the medical doctors workplace to take their time and a week or so could be okay to set the apointment. Then call the enterprise and tell them it is the soonest apointment they have yet that he gets it finished and spot them in a pair of weeks. Cheers!!

Quit calling in sick and do your job. I never call in sick (unless I am really sick).
