the term "vast Brother" got here from that e book David Bowie wrote a song vast Brother in 1973 consistent with that e book! Cant get greater suited than that...i think they have been going to make a play out of it and characteristic his song in it....dont comprehend if that ever happend or no longer! reliable luck!
