You're allowed to shave whatever you want. It's not common for men to shave their chest and stomach, if that's what you're asking, but I'm sure some guys do. I think it would be uncomfortable and looks weird.

"allowed"? Pretty sure you can shave whatever you want, I wouldn't recommend taking off all of your eyebrows though. That's just a little weird.

Men (and women) are allowed to do whatever they like with their hair. It's only hair -- it will grow back, so no permanent damage is done.
I think shaved bodies look juvenile and dumb, but that's just my opinion. It's your body, so it's YOUR right to make it look juvenile and dumb.
