People use to think that only 20% of PGcyies ended in miscarrage. Now doctors think it's more like 80%. It's just that most women miscarrage before they even know they are PG.

Alot of women also think the cramping as nothing but a bad period.

You will know when you have a miscarriage. You will start to cramp very badly at first. Then you will start spotting which will eventually lead into heavy bleeding if the mission is completed. You will start to discharge tissue and the more you bleed the more your cramps grow stronger. You might want to sit on the toilet if this happens because sooner or later within an hour of bleeding heavily the baby will come out. Depending on how far a long you are, you should be able to tell the baby from a piece of tissue. If your pregnant and your spotting it could also just mean that you have developed a blood clot or your husband tore something inside of you from the position of you guys having sex. I'm not really sure what else to say seeing that you had a period but your talking about a miscarrage. You also left out how far along you were. Just go to the doctor's and get a ultra sound if your really worried. Good Luck..

Alot of women miscarry and dont know because it's before they even miss a period. You can spot after sex so that's what may have happened to you. You would not have implanted until 6-10 days after conception, so you couldnt have a miscarriage that soon after sex.

Yes it is possible. You could be having cramps and think they are menstrual cramps. And be spotting. It is VERY possible. The only way to know for sure is to see your gyno and they would have to do a lab test.
