There should be no effect. Just don't have your scar exposed to the sun, as it is very fragile and will burn and blister.

Yes it is possible if they remove the cyst but not if they remove the ovary. She will probably have to contact a fertility specialist to conceive and they might put her on medication to help control the cyst like metiform which is a diabetic drug but seems to help in this area or they might do what is called ovarian drilling
