Scars on your penis is bad, but it can be normal depending on who you ask. Everyone has had the occasional cut from friction or from something...this is what you need to do.

1. Cut down on your frequency of masturbation and or porn.
2. When you masturbate use lube to limit cuts and bruises and friction burns.
3. Cut down on how many times you masturbate during a session, for example four times at one session is obsessive.
4. To make the cuts go away, avoid touching your penis or see a doctor for cremes and ointments.

GOOD LUCK

Well, don't listen to what half answers will be. Most will be "get a girlfriend." First of all, I've had a few rashes which bled because I jacked off to much... when I was younger. These WILL go away, you just need to leave yourself alone so they can heal properly. I'm not sure what you mean by "scars," but if it's a scar, it'll stay. Not knowing how old you are, don't worry about it, at all. Most women won't care. Remember, if you do get cuts and scraps from jackin' off too much, just STOP for a few days, or a week.

You can always tell any future girlfriends that you've had aggressive girlfriends in the past who were rough on your penis. They'll just see them as love scars.

If you are not using lube, then use it! If so, then maybe you aren't using a good lube or not enough.

I'd try to avoid masturbating for a week or two so that it can heal and then be sure to use plenty of lubrication.
