Artichoke chicken!

* 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
* 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 3/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1 pinch garlic pepper
* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic pepper. Place chicken in a greased baking dish, and cover evenly with artichoke mixture.
3. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.

Increase recipe if you need more. I've made this many times and it's REALLY good!

first off get a bunch of friends over, then, boil all your chicken for 1/2 hour - tell the meat starts to separate from the bone, then start a big pot of rice
about 3 cups of rice to 6 cups of water, then get some (soy sauce-1 1/2 cups)-(brown sugar-1 1/2 cups) put these in a large frying pan and bring to a boil then turn down the heat to a simmer, while it is simmering chop up some onion,bellpepper,mushrooms,or what ever vegie's you want
put all this in the frying pan with the chicken, make sure you turn the chicken many times to get the rich sauce all over it when the chicken is dark brown it's ready---Make sure the sauce cooks down to almost a syrup !! Then serve over rice
and pour sauce over top...very yummy !!

Oh, Harley, you are making me hungry. I'm drooling on the keyboard again, LOL. But what I would do is prepare a marinade, let them sit for an hour or two, then fire up the grill, baby!!!!! Somedays I feel like BBQ, and some days I feel like chicken and dumplings. Enjoy them whatever way you prepare them.

Cook them and add in a package of frozen veggies, (2) two cans of cream of chicken soup and let it simmer...then make dumplings from bisquik mix (or flour) about 2 cups of mix with a half cup water...then drop them into the chicken mixture and let them sit for 10 mins uncovered, then 10 mins covered and there ya go - easy chicken & dumplings! *thats what i made last night and hubby loved it*

Cut them up into cubes, brown them, throw 'em in a 9"x12" baking pan with two cans of cream of chicken soup, broccolli, put shredded cheddar on top with crutons and bake.
Chicken Divan... Mmmmm.

Put them in a slow cooker for a couple hours. When they're cooked through, stir them till they look like shredded meat and season and put into tacos.

You can make chicken tacos or chicken parmesan with marinara sauce and of course the cheese. I have never made any chicken soup or chicken pot pie but you could do that also.
