You might need to change your pads more frequently & wash your vagina more frequently & see, if that helps.
It would hurt to have a check-up with your doc. & ask her/him about your shooting pains.

Try using tampons- the discharge can irritate the skin down there with some women. Vagisil medicated cream works wonders on the itch, too.

Try using some cream down there like monstat. Keep your self etxra clean down and try using very soft washing dragnet when you wash your underware.
