why do I feel nauseous almost every evening?

I know I am not pregnant because I have been to the doctor. Almost every night I have to throw up and it feels like pressure on my bladder as well. I don't know whats wrong

Based on your symptoms there are a number of possibilities such as endometriosis. Also, sometimes infection or virus can cause these kind of symptoms. I would recommend consulting your primary care physician as well to see what they say if you haven't already.
