im not looking for a fanfiction i just need to find a place that publishes fanfiction

I don't know of any. You're unlikely to find many real businesses built around fan fiction because, strictly speaking, fan fiction is largely illegal. The only way to publish it commercially is with the consent of the author who created the world or characters being used. This is rarely done today because Marion Zimmer Bradley, who pioneered this sort of publication for her Darkover series years ago, was forced to give up publication of a completed novel due to the claim that she had stolen the plot from a fan fiction.
In spite of the risks, Eric Flint publishes fan fiction for his 163X series in the Grantville Gazette books. I don't know of any others off hand, but there may be some.

what kind of fanfiction are you looking for?
i know that quizilla.com offers a variety of fanfictions written by people. Some are actually pretty good, check them out.
Be specific on what type off fanfiction your looking for.
