Since this is a temperature based problem i.e cold start , the possible fault lies with some part of the system that measures ,temperature of coolant for instance.

the clarification this does not artwork is that structures like regenerative braking do not create skill, they merely re-direction a fragment of the skill oftentimes lost to warmth in the process braking back to the battery. The skill for working a hybrid comes from the gas. It merely makes use of that skill greater effectively than a non-hybrid. So on your theoretical motor vehicle, you expend the skill saved in one million/2 the batteries, then swap to the different one million/2. you utilize the regenerative braking device to recharge the 1st one million/2 of batteries, yet that skill is barely a small fraction that have been saved in the 2nd one million/2 of batteries. So by skill of the time your 2nd one million/2 of batteries has discharged, the 1st one million/2 of batteries has merely been recharged slightly. So certainly it is the marvelous comparable device as a hybrid presently makes use of. The regenerative braking device recharges the batteries as much as conceivable. you do not desire a 2nd set of batteries to finished this.

Somewhere on your engine you have an idle speed control valve. If you can locate it, it probably just needs to be cleaned out. Clean out your PCV system, while you're at it, and make sure that you are using engine oil of the proper weight. Also, be sure that your battery terminals are nice and clean so that your idle control valve is getting the proper voltage to work properly. Good Luck!!!
