my boss squints her eyes at me whenever we speak. it's weird and makes me feel uncomfrotable, like she's trying to figure me out. most poeple look at me with there eyes relaxed and open, but she gets all tense and squints her eyes. does this have some type of hidden meaning..? you know, like body language that means something else?

its probaly just a personality trait of hers. she may not feel comfortable around you and is trying to hide herself from you. she may not be a very open person and doesnt let people in too quickly. some people beleive you can tell alot about them just by looking in their eyes, she may be trying to hide something.

I agree with Nancyjo. I have issues with my mother-in-law (of 6 years now) and we have to call her out on things now. She'has gotten away with hurtful comments all along and it now makes it that much harder to put the foot down and say "no you can't treat us that way". If we had been firm from the get-go about what is acceptable and what's not, it might have made a difference in the way things are going now. Maybe she is concentrating on what you are saying.
You on the other hand have self esteem issues.
