it's an 03 GIXXR 1000, I want to replace the plugs/wires/ignition rotor (maybe).

what size are the plugs?
what brand should I get?

oh, my bad I just got it and didn't know that.

I don't pull the plugs and take them in because I don't buy from the dealers and I don't want to pull them and then have to put them back or leave them out while I wait for the new ones to get here.

well, w/o sounding too rude, if you don't have the manual to help you out then why not just take your old plugs in an auto parts store and go from there. Ask the sales clerk what brands they think are good and tell them your budget that way you won't be wasting eachother's time on trying to sales pitch you on something u can't afford in the first place.

YOU have any knowledgable friends that can help you out. I don't know anything about what your driving so, I can't advise any better than this.

Sorry, I couldn't help you out more. good luck

The stock plugs are NGK CR9E. But I would go the extra money and install Iridium plugs, NGK CR9EIX. You can get them through Advance Auto Parts if you don't want to use the dealer, but you may need to special order them.

SAME SIZE AS EVERY OTHER PLUG AND YOU SHOULD RUN AS CHEEP AS A PLUG AS YOU CAN BUY. I MEAN AFTER YOU ARE NOT LOOKING IN THE OWNERS MANUEL FOR THIS INFO AND THE MANUFACTURER KNOWS WHAT THE BIKE TAKES. SO IN CLOSING IF YOU CARE NOT, PUT ANYTHING YOU WANT IN IT. NO REALY GET AN OWNERS MANUEL OR A FACTORY SERVICE BOOK.
