Regarding frivolous things which cause anger I react immediately, for example, at a fellow driver who drives as if he/she got their license from a box of Corn Flakes, usually by myself ranting at the inside of my front windshield, then promptly forget all about it.
On serious things such as incompetent government officials, loss of freedoms, abuse going unchecked, I become caustic in my expressions of disapproval and I indulge in exaggerating their incompetence and ignorance by writing bad English as if thinking the way they appear to do or writing a verbose probably boring piece suggesting how horrified the Founding Fathers would be at the likes of a Trent Lott or Newt Gingrich, not to mention Lady Cheney and Baby Bush.
I guess my efforts to point out what I perceive as injustice goes pretty much unnoticed. lol

Take a long walk on the beach, stop off at a beach bar, wine. Just chill out, goes away.

Turn off the lights and stand in the hot shower and clear my mind. Sometimes I light a candle, but usually i just turn off the light and let the sound of the running water clear my mind.

scream, yell into a pillow, talk to a friend, blast some music, dont talk to the person that pissed me off, or talk straight to them and let them know whats up, etc... just let it out

I'm going to attempt to settle myself with a long hot shower. If that fails, I'm going to listen to some music...loudly. If that fails, I'll scrub and polish every surface of my house til it shines. If that fails...uh oh.

Honestly I like to put on angry music (makes me feel better to know other people are as irritated as me and calms me), play a really destructive video game, and most important be alone
