If you're stuck at work without any meds, Coca-cola is really good for an upset stomach. Try it, it works. And the caffeine can take care of any headaches too. This is about the only reason i ever drink coke. Or, if that doesn't work for you, try taking a pepto-bismo tablet. One is usually enough for me, but some people require two.

Ginger.
You can get ginger from a japanese restaurant or you can buy ginger lozeners from an asian market. It will settle your stomach in about 15 minutes after sucking on the ginger.

mint..like, gum or mints, or peppermint candy. You can eat a couple tums or something like that. Drink lemon tea, that always did the trick for me and pretzels. These are things I used when I was pregnant but that still work for me now.

Ginger! That stuff is amazing! You can get candied ginger, because it's really strong to eat raw....

A quick google search of it will surprise you. My japanese cooking teacher told us it was basically a natural version of pepto bismol, but better :)
