I do, but I try to switch it up.
Because I cannot fall asleep on my left side.
If I get up to go to the bathroom, or drink a glass of water.
then I'll try for my left side.
My doctor said it's fine.

I do every night. Ever since I can remember I have never been able to sleep on my left side, I just can't breathe! I try every night almost but for some reason I can't breathe that well while sleeping on my left side. But it's okay,no harm done in sleeping on your right side! I just think when your as far along as I am (33 weeks) you should just sleep however is most comfortable for you!

The best sleep position during pregnancy is "SOS" (sleep on side). The right side is fine, but even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent and a pillow between your legs.

I do it pretty much every night. I'm putting a link to a site I get weekly. It has some information on sleeping/laying and about the different positions.

It is okay. Listen to your body. If you wake up, it's your body telling you to turn over. For optimal blood flow, sleep on your left side.

you can lie on either side. If you are pretty far along in your pregnancy however, you should try not to lie on your back . The weight of the baby puts pressure on your vena cava which can drop blood pressure and oxygen supply. Sweet Dreams!

Someone told me that it cuts off the oxygen to the baby, or something like that, but I lay on my right side all the time, and My doctor hasn't told me not to so go ahead. :]
Whatever is comfortable to you!
