msnbc right now just said the more sex you have the better your body's immunity is.
it also makes your hair skin and shiny, and burns 250 calories a session.

so is that why i've felt like hell lately?

I think it is great for your health. I have really shiny hair and a beautiful glow to my skin. I'm in pretty good shape too.

OK LET ME THINK ABOUT THIS.....HIV, AIDS, SYPHILIS, GONORRHEA, CHLAMYDIA, ETC. IS THAT REALLY WORTH THE RISK FOR SHINY HAIR AND BURNING 250 CALORIES A SESSION? I DON'T THINK SO, I WOULD RATHER FIND A NATURAL WAY TO GAIN ALL OF THOSE BENEFITS, BECAUSE LOOKING AT THE RATES TODAY, LOOKS LIKE MORE PEOPLE ARE LOSING TO STD'S THAN GAINING.......THAT'S IS UNLESS YOU ARE TRULY PROTECTED AND GOT A HOLD ON YOUR SEX LIFE (MEANING ARE YOU AWARE OF YOUR PARTNERS AND YOU).

YOU BE THE JUDGE!

I am going to answer seriously (you know how hard this is for me to do???)

You have no idea of all the benefits. They are both physical and mental...and all are good.

Crap..now I have to stop typing before I make this an 'unserious' answer....
Sigh.

you mean because you haven't had sex? couldn't say. I've been in a relationship for 4 years and we can barely go 24hrs without it still. It's healthy and fun!

Of course, plus it is good for your mental health. If you need some "workout" sessions, I'm sure I can get you an appointment with my wife...(but only if I can watch)
