awww thats so sad! ok..here's what I think. about the whole beach thing. I've learned that I can NEVER trust any girl around my bf. BUT, that if it's going to workout with me and him, then I need to trust him, and trust that IF some girl tries anything, then he'll do the right thing and stop talking to her. So...you should trust her, even with those 2 guys on the beach. and hope that she does the right thing. and if she ever ends up doing the wrong thing, then you that it wont workout.. But, thats just for the future with her or any other girl you date..Always trust me no matter what, or the relationship just wont work. I think that you should give it time. Don't call her for awhile (like a month or so) and then give her a call and see how she's doing..if she's not seeing anyone, and seems to like the idea of you and her talking (as friends) than do so, Start talking to her every other day or so. and then eventually bring up the "us" card and see what happens. Last year my bf broke up with me or another girl. He said that he loved me, but couldn't handle the distance, so he thought that it'd be best to try and make it work with someone else who lives closer. Well...I didn't talk to him for about 4-5 months, and then we started talking as friends..it's been over a year now, and 3 weeks ago HE brought up the "us" card.. long story short, we're getting back together:) (or so thats the plan) If you guys do end up getting back together, and it happens later than sooner, then don't forget that you guys are totally different now, and don't expect the relationship to be the same, or for her to be the same. Good luck!

Sometimes I get jealous, but I would not be rude to someone just because I wish I had shoes like theirs. I would compliment them and ask where they got them.

well if someone is wearing a pair of shoes that i like and don't have, i'll be jealous for about a second and then get over it. it think it's a waste to sit and be jealous about what you don't. i'd compliment them, usually even if i don't really like the person, but it's just because i'm usually a nice person.

I may have been the jealous kind when I was 15-but seeing as how I'm turning 70 in January, I very sincerely compliment someone if I like something they're wearing. I do this, even though a lady came up to me after church and said how she liked my red hat. Then she followed it with, "I love it when old ladies dress up." I'm still trying to figure out how to respond to that. Any suggestions?

I compliment them. I used to be the type that got jealous, but I have learned that I don't want to be that kind of person anymore.

I don't get jealous, so I suppose I'd be the one complimenting other women if the shoes are exceptionally nice. Mostly, though, it's neither.

I'd totally compliment her on the shoes! Seriously, shoes are the bond that brings women together! Don't get me wrong though...I have selfish objectives....I'm going to go get a pair when I find out where she got them!! :-D

I honestly do compliment other women. If they are wearing something I like or they look really nice I'll tell them. Why not? I don't understand jealousy especially over something as silly as clothes.

I honestly give a compliment. If I really like something so very much that I must have it myself, I will find a way to get it.
You must have your own since of style anyways, what looks great on one person my not look right on you.
Of course there isn't much you can do if someone has a piece of very expensive jewerly that you know you can't afford. You just have to look for a knock-off version.
