It will be a minimum security and away from the general population. It's required to do this with an celebrity or famous sportsperson for their own safety.

Well, Martha Stewart was jailed wrongfully to begin with. She sold out because she didn't want to lose alot of money, ok, well, I'd have done the same thing instead of losing my butt! Wouldn't you? She didn't kill innocent animals in brutality either, like Michael Vick did. I really feel he deserves the 23 months for what he did, maybe even more but that's the justice system for ya. Oh, he'll be treated like royalty anyway, just because he's famous. Fame seems to pay for it all, criminally or not, which is a shame when we're all human beings,,,,,well, I think we are but that's another theory, lol. I don't feel sorry for him, not one bit. He's not sorry for what he did, he's just sorry he got caught. In my eyes, child abusers and animal abusers are kind of the same, because both are innocent without much choice to what's being done to them. He deserved more, and I really hope he's not treated as being special because someone who'd do such a thing is far from being "Special."

Kid your clueless. If you think he got a raw deal why dont you go to Federal Court and then violate bail terms with weed and see what happens to you. This guy got red carpet service, and he is a scumbag that deserves a much longer sentance than what he got. Martha Stewart got the average for what she did, which really wasn't much, especially when you consider the head of SEC has actually done worse.

Except for the fact that the ACLU would have a hissy fit, I'd love to see him tossed into a dog kennel and left there with a bunch of the hungry pit bulls that he mistreated so badly.

There is *no* excuse for what that man did.
