I would say that beyond severe inability to concentrate, no. The body will eventually expel the buildup of sexual fluids in one way or another. ("Wet dreams", usually)

It has been established by the medical profession that men who abstain from sex and masturbation have a higher rate of prostate infection and problems. Other then that no But believe me that is enough!

No there is no problem with that, your body will still expel sperm through wet dreams though. Why wouldn't you want to have sex though or masturbate? It's healthy, natural, and normal maybe you should try it before you rule it out.

maybe no side effects but men who have sex regularly have been proven to live longer as it reduces stress. you have testicles and a sex drive for a reason dont deny your body what it was made to do.

Well the down side is that a man will get what men call blue balls. And it hurts very bad from my understanding.
And the only way to cure it is masturbation. But on a woman's stand point she can go without as long as she wants.
Without the sperm build up.Sorry you guys are just made that way.
