Depending on the guy, his age, how long since the last time, maybe on how dehydrated he is, somewhere in the range of a teaspoon to a tablespoon.

Tell ya what, why don't you collect your semen in a beaker each time you masturbate, measure it, then compare each to see what YOUR average is.
Each person is different so you really only should be concerned about your average. No matter on much or how little it may be, it only takes one sperm cell to impregnate a woman anyway!
