having a german residence permit, will i need a visa to enter the czech republic by land on 22/12/2007?

i understand cr is becoming part of the schengen agreement in 21/12/2007, so does that mean that if i travel on 22nd, i don't need anything?

The official joining date is Jan 1st 2008, so you better wait until this date. The Czech might not care, but you can never know how the German officials handle this.

If your German residence permit will be enough to visit Czech Republic in 2008, it will be enough on 22-12-2007 too.
But check before you travel that this is the official date and that your permit is enough.
