Put ice on it and just rest it. Perhaps you could go to a nurse or doctor and ask them to strap it up? Just try and keep it safe.

Seriously, the temptation is to get back to training and work through the pain. This NEVER works, and just makes the problems worse. You need a bit of time to recover.
Not so long ago I landed on my wrist during Rugby. I kept at the weights and 8 weeks later it was still in bits!

Ice rest, Oh and when you bend it, move it ect. does it hurt?
If not then im sure its not broken might just be a sprain.. which can be pretty painful depending on the severity of the sprain..
So I'd wait it out a little while longer if it still hurts after week or so I'd go get a second opinion from another doc.
Good luck

Apply ice 20 min on and 40 min off, do not go over 20 min on at a time, Next wrap it with an ace wrap this will give it support and protection and keep any swelling down. Get well soon.
