My guess is that Gears of War 2 will get more players just because of the online feature and the fact that God Of War 3 will only be on the PS3 (meaning not as many people have one)
I loved the story on God of War 1 & 2, but the gameplay of Gears made it for me. Did you see that they are making a God Of War movie?

I think that God of War 3 will get the top ratings. Gears of War 2 isn't anything special. The God of War series was one of the first games that I can think of that used Greek Mythology and characters in the game 100%.
God of War 3 will be up in the ranks with Metal Gear Solid 4.

Neither are out yet but... Gears of War 2 for the multiplayer it's going to have over God of war 3
