I tell my son I love him a several times a day, even when I'm angry with him. When I'm angry with him, sometimes I say to him "I love you. I'm just trying to help you", when getting him to understand why I take privileges away from him or trying to get him to do more for himself.
I tell my feline I love her as well. Felines and animals need to be loved, too!
I end all my phone conversations to my parents with I love you, because I never know if that will be the last time I talk to them.

Especially to my brother and sister in college, who are coming home in one week and six days!!!! It's so wonderful to say it, and I try to say it to friends, family, everyone. Of course, I say in different tones so they know what exactly I mean.
