Don't delete your account, please. I know I have said this before....Yahoo answers as far as violations are concerned is missing the human element. When someone reports, it is all automated. Maybe the only answer to this problem is to rally up a class action law suit and go after Yahoo. Unfortunately, Yahoo's stock has gone down drastically and I imagine it may some day just become a "penny" stock. Yahoo has a lot of suits against them. I guess they just got too big to handle issues like this with human interaction.
Don't take it personally.....everyone here who keeps you as a contact really knows the good, witty, intelligent person you really are. Until Yahoo figures out how to include human emotion and critical thinking skills in their robots, then I guess we all have to put up with this "reporting" glitch.

I'm on my fourth account. Most of the violations I get are really not violations. I used to fight them, and some I'd win and some I'd lose.....then I just gave up with it...it's all for fun and points mean nothing so what difference does it make. Don't delete your account.

I've been thinking about the same thing. I got a violation Sat. because I answered yes to a yes or no question! I responded and told them to kiss off and suspend my account if they like, this (YAHOO Q's & A's) isn't something I need in my life I'm just here to pass the time.

Hi Big Sexy...
I think the ultimate decision has to be up to you. After reading the rules and the penalties they can invoke... I wasn't sure I wanted to participate in this feature at all.
I mean, giving out violations to people who are being obviously abusive or trying to ruin the site for others, I can understand. But as time passes, I'm hearing about all sorts of really ridiculous violations. So far, I think I've only gotten one violation and it was something really stupid. I almost quit that day. But I decided to hang in there a bit longer. Soooo... It's really up to you.
And I understand that they not only can kick you off of Yahoo Answers!, but off of Yahoo, entirely. That means losing your email account, your blog, your groups, et cetera. I almost don't think this feature is worth me losing a chance to use the others. Especially my email account that I've had for quite some time. I could always go somewhere else.... But why should I if I enjoy being at Yahoo?
You always have the option of not participating as much. Acquaint yourself with their rules from time to time and just try to avoid stepping on someone's extra sensitive toes..... Whoever they maybe....
I don't know... It's up to you.

Don't give it away- these fools will just make another troll account out of it. You'll be back here. This place is straight from h3LL but you can't say it isn't entertaining. I rate this place here up with the Jerry Springer Show.
