It's just what they find attractive I guess. Why do some men like redheads, blondes, thin women, large breasts, small breasts, tall women, short women, curly hair, or other men?

Because heavy women appreciate the positive attention they get, and because it can be more difficult to get to know a physically attractive woman because their body is distracting.
