our apt manager who we are having issues with will not give us the name of the company who manages the property. is she allowed to withhold that info from us? we do not owe the apts money never been late on rent at all. and never caused problems. we had a problem with maintanance and our neighbors busted our window to the living room, and then our car stereo was stolen, so we talked to her and she was literally screaming at us for no reason. we asked her for her boss's number and she said no she wont give it to us so we asked for a copy of our lease, it says bmg managment but we have googled it and cant find the number to them. what can we do about this we need to complain about her to the property owners and she refuses to give us the name or number!???????

Not me. The Israeli's have fought a great campaign in the public eye as always being the victim. The way the world and the Israeli's view the Palestinian people is that they are all terrorists and suicide bombers. The Palestinian live under an apartheid regime the same as South Africa was, yet the world does nothing. There was a Palestine before there was an Israel. Good Luck

You don't live in Wisconsin do you? Because that lady sounds EXACTLY like our past landlady and I swear BMG management sounds very familiar to me...She wouldn't give us her boss's number either, but claimed she'd already given it to us when we moved in and it was posted on the wall by the entry way to the building. We had nothing but trouble with her. If any of the things I've said sound like her and you DO live in wisconsin, send me a message and I'll be more than happy to help you out however I can. I remember her name and everything quite well. No, she cannot withhold that information from you and you need to tell her manager, soon.

I have tried it several ways and this Crown Management keeps coming up. It would help to know what state and such you are in. But keep trying if this is not right.
You should have a copy of your lease somewhere. Do you pay with checks? What does the back of the check say when you get them back?
Good luck, keep digging you can get around her.

If this company is legitimate, there will be a record on file with the Building and Codes, as well as the Better Business Bureau. Search that way. Also, ask questions of other neighbors. I'd be looking for another place to stay if I were you. This sounds like it is going to get a little more dirty. You don't need this kind of drama.

You may be able to go to your local City Hall/Taxation Dept. & ask them if they can help you locate the address & phone number. Where there's a will, there's a way & soon, you or someone else will come up with the info. The manager has no right to with hold that info from you or any other tenant. She knows she's in hot water, so she's playing games. Good luck!!!!

property owner ship is public knowledge you can go to where you pay property taxes or just find the site for the area you live in on the Internet and it will give you the name of the person on the title for the property and then you can look them up to get their number.

Go to the court house of that county and do a title search for the property. It is public record..

Shame on you for not having a copy of your own lease.

Have a friend stop by at her place to inquire about renting. Have them ask who manages the place and for a copy of the lease.

You can check with your city's housing department. I think they should have that sort of thing on file. They also have a program in my city that if something does not get fixed that should be, they will hold your rent money from them until it gets fixed! Hopefully your city will have a similar program.

Check with city hall, they should be able to tell you who owns a property at any given address
