Buddy, 65,0000 or 65,000?
I assume you meant Sixty-five thousand. =) Anyway, such mileage is decent for a 2004, nevertheless, never give mileage the sole priority when buying a car.
Go to a mechanic with the car, get it checked up. But despite that, 65,000 is decent for a 2004 model.

It's more than average, but it doesn't always mean that much. Cars with a lot of miles are often ones that are on the highway most of the time, which is a lot easier on the vehicle than driving around town all day.

A Little over 20,000 miles per year so the ans. is yes as the average is about 10,000 miles per year. However if they are mostly long miles the wear should be minimal.

Average mileage is roughly 10K per year. This is a higher mileage car for it's model year.
