They seem OK, but don't use them for really important journeys, they are often subject to delay.

I have been using EasyJet once or twice a year the last few years and have had one delay (at arrival.)
And one canceled flight.
On those days all flights had steep delays or where canceled.
So EasyJet was as good as any of the 'full price' companies.
I also never had any complains about booking, tickets and alike. The one time they forgot to mention on my boarding card that I had payed for speedy boarding I was still allowed on with the other speedy boarders.
Because of the way they organize the system I would not use them for a connecting flight, not on the same day at least, because if the first flight is delayed you just miss the next, where the full price companies guaranty you will be transported to your final destination.
Check which airport the company uses, I have no complains about EasyJet, I know that Ryanair uses the smaller airports in the Netherlands, they are not convenient for me. In other countries they do use more central airports.
Several relatives have used Sky-Europe, no problems there either. But booking was easier when someone spoke Slovak.

If you want guaranteed take off times etc etc ,you must use the regular services, the cheap flights or charter flights are the first to suffer delays.scheduled services are virtually bombproof, but the charter side of it has to take a back seat.A scheduled flight will always take preference for an available time window over a charter flight, but will be more expensive because of this.YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET,or not .as the case may be.But Easy jet were known for doing their best for you,if you make no mistakes with your booking and pay up front and arrive on time and report to the correct booking in desk,in other words ,not like the plonkers you see on the easy jet television program, you will be ok.AND FINALLY,bring your passport and correct papers.

OMG don't use them if you can avoid it. Only use if you don't really care when you'll get to your destination.
We used them to fly to Malaga, and they were awful. Aside from being delayed and never telling anyone (they just kept us in the departure gate for two hours), nothing is included in your ticket price. We had to buy food at additional cost, which ended up being a part frozen tuna sandwich. Nice. I also had chewing gum on the inside of my seatbelt, and so it went all over my jeans. It took them 2 hours, and lots of turbulence to get me a new one.
And they have orange faces. BA all the way!
