51,000 miles, b4 me leasing my car use to be a rental. It has no problem with starting up; but just a slight delay than normal, nothing too abnormal 2 me. When I began 2 drive it only stays on 10 speedometer, when i get to driving it cranks up slowly to 15,20 not much really over 20. When I slow down then it goes back down to 10 and stays there until it cranks back up. If I press down on the gas all the way it still does not crank; but acknowledges that i'm apply pressure; but wont go no faster. There is no visual leakage on the ground. Twice in 3 days it has stopped; but had no problem starting back up. What do you think is the problem and/ or what should I do? Reverse isn't an issue. I have no problem with reversing, just speed, gears, and the car has a stank smoke smell, and the motor shakes a bit and the car has somewhat of a loud sound. PLEASE HELP!

I don't know how "stank" smells, but if there's any smoky odor, it may be burnt fluid (i.e., oil) which could be clogging your cylinders, or something is backed-up in your tailpipe (i.e., rodents and other foreign objects sometimes manage to get in there), or you might have a blown gasket somewhere.

Take the car to a mechanic.

P.S. Who leases a rental with over 50k miles in two years?!?!

That's why you bite your tongue and buy a new car, rental cars are never great to bye because for one, since its a cobalt sports car every teenager out there has taken it and burned rubber with it, sat there and smoked the tired, and its had many hot starts before, meaning from a stand still slamming the gas to the floor and taking off. Take it back before they wont let you.

It sounds as concept the automobile grow to be attempting to maintain the engine from over heating. grow to be it working warm or had you drove it a protracted time. I actual have had a connector come loose and reason this to ensue on a trailblazer yet devoid of greater information its challenging to declare for particular. you could have it regarded at by skill of a mechanic.
