The Story of Mrs. Claus:
Hallie Claus was born in the North Pole (Yes, real people live and work at the North Pole with Santa) many, many years ago. She met Santa Claus when he came to buy a sled from the sled shop she owns and operates. She and Mr. Claus got married and he started taking toys to all the good girls and boys. She kept running the sled shop and took up cooking as a hobby. She also runs the North Pole. She feeds all the reindeer, elves, people, and especially Santa (He needs enerygy for the "big night"). She does all the paperwork and housekeeping stuff because Santa needs to be making and delivering the toys. They say behind every great man there is a great woman, and in the case, it is especially true. Santa couldn't do without her. She doesn't always wear red, but that is her favorite color. And that is all about Mrs. Hallie Claus.

There doesn't seem to be a definitive answer. However, there are a few possibilities...
According to the Christmas special "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town," her name is Jessica, and she's a schoolteacher in Sombertown. SantaClaus.com goes a step further, claiming her middle name is Mary. But are those "official" sources?
Other than the good-humored reply that her first name is "Mrs.," there's very little evidence or agreement on what her mama actually named her. In fact, this article from "Santa Land"(http://www.santaland.com/firstname.html) acknowledges that nobody (not even Santa himself) seems to know her first name.
We do know that Mrs. Claus first appeared in 1890, in a book of poetry called "Sunshine and Other Verses for Children." The book's author, Katherine Lee Bates, also wrote the words to the song "America the Beautiful."
It took a song, performed by George Melachrino and his Orchestra in 1954 and Nat King Cole in 1956, to launch Mrs. Claus into popular consciousness. And considering Santa's workload, it's a good thing he has someone looking after him.
Many other names have been associated with the character, including CAROL in the movie Santa Claus II

Mrs. Claus' full name is Jessica Mary Claus. Her mother picked her middle name after the mother of Jesus.
