Why does every hate the american voice actors so much. I don't like them all I will admit that but I hate Japanese Voice actors more they will make this cool buff character with this high voice or not a fitting voice for their build. In america they do that to and also people complain about the lineing up of the voice with the game doesn't bother me cuz it is the fact the video was done for Japanese.
The person with the best answer without being rude and I don't have to agree with it if you say you like Jap. voice actors.

Probably because in many cases the japanese voice actors are the original voices for the characters and a lot of people prefer originals over anything remade, be it dubs or anything else. There are many excellent English speaking voice actors though like: Phil Lamarr, Mark Hamill (yes "Luke Skywalker" is excellent as the cartoon Joker and in many other VG related roles), Simon Templeman, Michael Bell and David Hayter. I'd also like to mention the late, and great, Tony Jay (RIP, "Elder God"). And I prefer them, and their work, over most japanese voice actors.

But in general the japanese voice actors tend to be better as there is a lot of demand for voice actors in Japan and there are tons of professional voice actors there who take their work very seriously. The amount, mainly the percentage, of true professional voice actors is much lower in many other countries, including the US. Over here in the west you have to be very famous to be get a lot of jobs as just a voice actor so you could live off of it.

What I'm getting at is there is a whole different level of professionalism between US and Japanese voice acting work.

I actually like several voice actors. Steven Blum did a great job as Ares in God of War, Zegram in Rogue Galaxy, and Ba'Gamnan in FFXII. (He's done many other VG voices, too.) I also really like Gideon Emery as Balthier in FFXII. Ricky Grover as Yangus in Dragon Quest VIII was great and humorous.
