Security guard justified or not?
Happened Saturday night. A masked man wearing body armor carrying a sawed off shotgun burst into a Winn Dixie grocery store with accomplices. He shoots through the roof then shoots through the office door trying to get in. An off duty Kennedy Space Center security guard saw what was happening and went to his car and retrieved his handgun. The assailant was confronted by the security guard as he (robber) was attempting to flee out an emergency exit. Here it get's sketchy but the robber ends up getting shot in the chest by the guard. Too bad he had body armor on, he's in the hospital in good condition instead of DRT, (Dead Right There)!
The security guard was ticketed for having a gun in public. Was the guard justified in the action he took?

Not only is the war unjust, it's highly illegal. Blair and Bush both went to war despite the UN saying they couldn't. They should have to answer to a judge in front of an international court of law. There's only Americans and few British who beleive this war is just. And when you ask "why don't people take action?", action was taken by thousands and thousands of people in London in what was one of the largest protest in British history yet the government did absolutely nothing! There are still protestors in London who have lived in tents outside of parliment since the war begun. What other action could have been taken? It's about time Britain crawled out of Americas pocket and grew a back bone in situations like this.

That's why they came up with something called the Failure Drill, two shots to the chest, quick check, one to the head.

It surprises that he got charged with anything in Florida.
