How do pictures resize automatically after digitally taken in customized application?

I have attached the digital camera with my customized application. I want when I take picture it will be resized automatically according my requirements and save in the folder.

They don't resize automatically. The pictures have to be edited to change their size. Most computers come with simple software to do that. And there are freeware picture editors that will resize lots of pictures at once.
