i have heard the iss can be seen on clear nights and mornongs,does anyone know when?

You can use this NASA web page to tell you when and where to look from many cities world wide. The next pass over London will be Mon Dec 10/04:48 PM. It will arrive from the Southsouthwest and depart to the East. Another will be Tue Dec 11/05:09 PM when it arrives from the Southwest and departs to the East.

Yes, someone does. Try HeavensAbove.com. They also have times for Iridium flares, and other objects, like the space shuttle when it's up. Do register, it makes logging in easier the next time - you won't have to re-enter your location.
