Good leadership is important, because without one person, or one specific group of people to help guide everyone else, there would be total anarchy. Having a leader gives the impression that things are being taken care of, and that there are people who are elected to take charge should something catastrophic happen. Take for example, September 11th, or D-Day, or the Civil War, or WW1, WW2, we would not have what we have today if there were not people there to deal with the aftermath of these events. All of the above mentioned things needed to have someone that could take charge, and delegate the different aspects of what had happened. Say, someone for security, someone for rebuilding, someone for public relations, someone for the other different parts. I may not be explaining it well, but I hope that this helps!

Hello,
Leadership is very important, without good leadership you may see a country in turmoil, war or both.
Without leadership in the military there would be chaos.
Kings usually are not elected they are born. Bad kings make a poor, unhealthy, and a miserable place to live. These bad kings usually do not live long.
People are like sheep, if no good shepherd the sheep get eaten by hungry wolves.

U only put president, military commanders, kings, but what about even breaking that question down to as simple as just the parents?
I mean ,wow, look wat happens 2 kids these days when parents drop the ball.Have u seen pooorr Keisha Cole's reality show??? I feel so bad 4 Keisha. Sometimes I wish i could just find her and give her a big hug. It all starts in the home, i know a girl named jamie who was raised by her grandparents bcause her mom was on drugs.they thought that they were doing something good 4 her by spoiling her, when all they did was spoil her whole life.she's 28 yrs.old, has never had a real job, still lives at home, has been in college for 7yrs making a 2.8 gpa and can barely read outloud or spell properly because she's so used to her grannie checking all her work and redoing it for her b4 she turns it into her professers. i feel so sorry 4 her cause all she does is lie all the time, she's 4foot 9 & wieghs 230lbs and barely has any friends.the only friends she has is her associates at school in her anthropology dept.it's so sad that her family has hindered her so much.

In a community, it is important to have good leader that will influence the people to be empowered, participate and functioning to act respecting other member of the community. Rules can be presented to his people and let people know, appreciate, adjust on it, apply and practice it and notice to have a new need of improving the rules and another leader will be better than the former good leader. A heathy community communicate and participate for the betterment of each individual that keep on changing towards improvement on the unfolding human potentials and capabilities.

The nation is in crisis in finding good leadership, they are either corrupt or inefficient , causing many to loose confidence in them. We need good leadership, but our human imperfection would make this impossible. Our only hope is to recognize God's appointed king His son Jesus Christ, and His kingdom that will soon rule the Earth.(Daniel 2:44).

Most creatures (mammals) seek guidance from birth, our parents are our leaders, we grow and we gain more and more, friends, family members, teachers. Within our own personal worlds, so naturally as a society we look for guidance (leadership) from our president, military commanders, and kings. Though we may not always agree, with their decisions.
