These are not held in memory, but on the hard disk. If you get a new motherboard, or a new machine you can connect the old drive and recover your files.

Your music and other files are stored on the hard drive of your old computer. You should be able to oepn the computer, disconnect the two cable that go to the hard drive, and take it out.

Have a friendly "geek" place the hard drive into their computer as a second hard drive. They will be able to see all the files, and copy off onto a CD or DVD whatever you need. Going rate for a hard drive backup is a couple McDonalds meal and a Star Wars related gadget of some kind.

You can also take it into a pro shop and have them do the same, but they will charge a lot more.

The files will be on the hard drive, not the memory. If you have a second computer, you can slave the old hard drive and pull the files off.

Also, another way is if you get a new motherboard of the same model.

Your files and music are not located on the mother board. Your ram isn't your storage, your hard drive is. The mother board and the hard drive are two separate computer components. Yes it is easy to save the information on a hard drive you can either buy a new computer and transfer the data from one hard drive to another. Or tae the hard drive to a technician where they can save the information on a different piece of storage you can have.

Yep, take out the hard drive and put it in another PC. OR take it to a computer repair shop and have them back it up.

Could also try running a live CD in it to get the files off.

Yes, you can save your hard drive (memory = RAM sticks, and those dont hold anything you access, like music and games).

As long as you save the IDE cable (the ribbon-like cable connected to the motherboard), and get a motherboard with an IDE port (the vast majority of them have one).

it incredibly is plausible inspite of the undeniable fact that it relies upon on what injury your pc has won. now and returned the information won't be in a position to be retrieved. attempt finding for "archives restoration companies" in google yet shop in mind that technique is kinda high priced.

Buy an external usb hard drive enclosure, then just plug it in to any computer.
