The diagrams are not available on-line. They are in your owner's manual. If you don't have an owners manual and you want to buy one you can get it through www.helm.com Honda does not have downloadable online manuals for retail customers.

If you don't want to buy the manual, I can scan some pages of mine if you need them.

you have two fuse boxes on that car; one under the instrument panel below the steering wheel and the other under the hood on the right rear of the engine compartment. the underhood box has a black cover that is about 3"x5". If its not on the passenger rear of the engine compartment it will be in the driver's front side (locations vary by model)

the one under the steering column should have a label on the panel that you remove to access it that identifies the fuses. The underhood box shows the relays.

the owner's manual has the diagrams for what fuse is which. i can scan and send you those pictures if you need them but I can't attach them to a Yahoo Answer. i didnt bother downloading the file, just because its rapidshare and they only allow u to downloade 1 file for every ~2-3 hours or so (for free). but heres a link to the 01-05 Civic Manual (pdf).

search ebay if not phone up honda and tell them you are interested in bying a few parts so could they send you the diagram!!!
