Insert screw "A" into socket "L" then proceed to invert side "V" to side "M". Then you will have "popped, locked, and dropped it" =) good luck with it.

Pop= You snap your butt down
Lock= You snap your butt up
Drop it= Take your butt to the floor.
I only figured it out once I saw the video.
