There are more than one denomination with the legends you stated. I would need more info, no one can help you here with out more information, it would be guess work. If the denomination is not on the coin, it's size would help.

It could be worth slim to nothing. I've heard a lot of those coins were produced.

You must understand, however, you have to find a coin dealer or a pricing book to help you. Coins differ in price from year to year, quality, and so on. One year, a minted coin from a series might be worth .10. The year right after that, a coin from the same series might be worth $100,000. This holds true mostly for United States currency, since there is not much of a demand for foreign money. Quality is also an issue. There are grades which rate the look of a coin, based on scratches or other blemishes. A low grade=less worth, a high grade=great worth. A good grade will dramatically increase the amount for a coin.
