For my next baby I'm switching to cloth diapers and I've narrowed it down to two brands - MotherEase (I like the cost-effective one-size option) and FuzziBunz. Any mothers with experience with these two brands? I have two reservations with FuzziBunz.....they are polyester, right? And also, more expensive than MotherEase.

I am trying to decide this too and don't know yet. But there are a few previous questions/answers if you search YA for "cloth diapers." There are a lot of people's comments and suggestions. Good luck! I think I am going to just try the economy version of the prefolds with whisper wrap covers

The fleece in FuzziBunz is polyester. MotherEase diapers additionally incorporate a small volume of polyester, yet are greater often than not cotton. What do you like approximately those structures? I never used MotherEase, greater often than not as a results of fact i did not like the cost or drying time for all-in-one diapers. If little one wets or poops, the full project could be washed, after which dried. With prefold diapers and separate wraps, if little one merely wets, you could merely wash the prefold diaper and re-use the wrap. that is lots greater cost-effective, plus the prefold dries right now as a results of fact it unfolds. All-in-ones are large for babysitters or grandparents who would be intimidated by skill of folding a diaper, yet are extremely high priced for on a daily basis use. We used Fuzzibunz in the darkish as a results of fact they have been the sole project that stored my heavy wetters (and our mattress!) dry. The fleece additionally wicks away moisture, so my daughter's mushy epidermis did not get aggravated. as a results of fact Fuzzibunz are pocket diapers, you could stuff them with greater effective prefolds or liners, and that they are going to soak up a ton (you ought to could length up once you're employing greater effective liner inserts). They do require merely slightly greater effective care at wash time, nonetheless.

My oldest kid grew on cloth diapers. There are companies that are licensed to provide you with diapers and they come, pick them up and they sanitize them for a fee. Maybe that would be an alternative.

I used Kushies and they were fantastic. They come in a kit and aren't too expensive.
