Depends on the situation. But If I see someone looking all crazy sad. I just ask em? What in the Hellllll is wrong with you? Who's *** needs kicked? Or Quote some crazy mess like Southparks Cartman. "Mooom, we found a ethopian.....caann we keeep him?
