Has any heard of Promotion Activators, Inc?
I entered a sweepstakes from windows live hotmail to win a asus laptop and they send me an affidavit of eligibility to fill out and send in with a 1800 # to call and I was wondering if anyone has received or dealt of them before

Hey here is a link . Seems to be legit, call the # and see what they say. Be wary if it isn't what you entered. This appears to be a site for other companies to use for sweepstakes and contests. Good luck

It's a SCAM to get your personal info to try to perform identity theft.
IGNORE IT !
